Felicia Mayo

Felicia Mayo is SiTime’s executive vice president and chief people officer (CPO), championing a people-first strategy to build the leadership and organizational foundation for the company's next phase of growth.

Prior to SiTime, Mayo was the chief people officer at Block, Inc. where she led global talent strategy and organizational infrastructure for a 13,000-person, multi-brand enterprise encompassing Square, Cash App, TIDAL and Afterpay, during an explosive increase in market capitalization. From 2019 to 2022, Mayo held executive positions at Nike, most recently as chief talent, diversity and culture officer. Leading global talent, she designed succession and leadership systems that enhanced organizational resilience, operating consistency and long-term performance at scale. During her tenure as head of human resources at Tesla, Mayo operationalized the leadership infrastructure and performance architecture that supported one of the most consequential hypergrowth periods in modern corporate history, a period that produced 109% revenue growth and a 28% expansion of Tesla's global workforce in just two years, underscoring the direct linkage between organizational architecture and financial performance.

Mayo has been recognized as a featured presenter at the Fortune Most Powerful Women Summit, among the world's most selective gatherings of global executive leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from North Carolina State University.
